MASI RESIDENCY — Hotel in Kerala

Located within the heart of city at Shenoy’s Road, Kaloor Junction, Masi Residency is within quick reach to various facilities - metro station, railway station, bus station and the town.

The rooms are well appointed, very neat and well maintained. The water quality is good, and the biggest blessing comes from the absence of mosquitoes.

There is no restaurant but the staff/management will make proper arrangements for food from outside. The staff is helpful.

I have stayed at the Suite and the single a/c room. Both are good for what it offers.

I contacted Masi Residency for an enquiry about booking rooms for a family event, and I am deeply disappointed with the experience. The manager, handled the call in a completely unprofessional manner. Instead of addressing my questions with patience and courtesy, he spoke rudely, shouted unnecessarily, and showed a total disregard for customer service. Such behavior reflects poor relationship management and arrogance. If this is how they treat enquiries, I strongly doubt the kind of service they would provide after a booking is made. I would advise others to think twice before dealing...

bunch of liars. terrible room service. we settled the bill a night before as we were checking out early, they happily accepted all the money and then later refused to provide any further service. Please don't ever stay here. we told them to clean the rooms when we left for our outings and even left the keys with them, our rooms still remained dirty. They lied that they slept off so they forgot to clean our rooms. Possibly the worst place in kochi. on phone they told us some other rates and in real they extorted more money from us....
