From the moment we walked in, Neil welcomed us with a warm smile and a calm, confident presence. He carried himself with the kind of professionalism and kindness you rarely find these days. He didn’t treat us like “just another table”—he made us feel like valued guests.

Neil was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, checking in at the right moments, patiently answering questions about the menu, and even recommending a few items based on our preferences (his suggestion to try the extra crispy chicken with spicy mayo was on point!). When a small mix-up happened with our drink order, Neil handled it with total grace and efficiency—problem solved in under a minute, no fuss.

What stood out most was how genuinely caring and composed he was throughout. Whether he was serving us or attending to other guests, he moved with a sense of calm and clarity that made the whole environment feel more relaxed and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone in customer service who clearly takes pride in what they do—and Neil absolutely does.

As for the food—classic KFC excellence. The chicken was hot, crispy, and juicy, the fries were fresh, and everything was served cleanly and quickly. But honestly, it was Neil Joseph who made the visit feel five-star.

I ordered through KFC app from this store today at 8.06pm and the delivery was expected by 8.51pm but it didn't reached at that time and waited till 9.26pm, then I started calling the store and delivery partner through the number I got in track order and both of the number were not attended by none of them, so I called the number which I got from Google maps and surprisingly it is all also not reachable, So I decided to go to store. When I reached there and asked about my order, they said it is because the delivery partner is not reached yet🥲, atleast they store manager should have informed me about this but he didn't. I did ordered from here before and same situation like this happened before but at that time I got a call from the store manager about the delay in my order, so I got to know that my order is delayed but this time the current store manager said he is new there and he didn't know about it, I don't know what to say about this type attitude, atleast he should take the responsibility but he negotiated it like it is not his problem and they kept saying that it was a fault from their their delivery then later he told me that the delivery partner said he is not taking the delivery as he ended taking today's delivery, so whom I should I blame the store manager or the delivery partner. I recently hosted a small birthday party at KFC Kaloor, and the experience was outstanding. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, allowing us to celebrate within their premises and assisting with seating arrangements. Their friendly and attentive service made the event truly special.

We ordered the Ultimate Savings Chicken Bucket, which included 4 pieces of Hot & Crispy Chicken, 6 pieces of Wings, 4 Chicken Peri Peri Boneless Strips, 2 Dips, and a Pepsi. This variety was a hit among us and offered a substantial amount of food, making it perfect for our gathering.
