I had a terrible experience at The Omega Tourist Hotel during a family trip. We had booked a room expecting basic comfort and cleanliness, but what we encountered was completely unacceptable.

The room was dirty and extremely unhygienic. It hadn’t been cleaned properly, and to our shock, there was no table or chair provided at all. The bathroom was in terrible condition — unclean, rusted fittings, and no proper hangers. To make matters worse, no drinking water was provided, which is a basic necessity.

The worst part was waking up with allergic reactions from insect bites, indicating poor maintenance and cleanliness of the bedding.

Hotel Omega is a complete nightmare and should be avoided at all costs. The place is infamous for its shady atmosphere, making it highly unsafe for families or respectable travelers. The rooms are disgustingly filthy, poorly maintained, and reeking of neglect. Dirty bedding, broken furniture, and an overall unhygienic environment make it a health hazard.

Worse still, there is absolutely no sense of safety—the locks on the doors are flimsy, and the overall security is questionable. The management is careless, and the entire place feels like it caters to dubious activities rather than genuine guests. If you value cleanliness, safety, and basic decency, stay far away from this disgraceful excuse...

Very disappoint.

1. Low maintained rooms
2. bathroom is very nasty
3. when I was checking in there was vomit which is dried and sticky on the table which was given by them to use 4)No bed sheet or pillow cover is given
4. No drinking water is provided
5. Don't believe the fascinated Stories in the online booking app all are fabricated or not following
6. Not good for family
7. The cleaning staff is fully drunk when I checked...
