Sree Nivas Home Stay — Hotel in Kerala

Yes! That is Sri Nivas Home Stay!

We, there couples of all seniors citizens ,stayed for three days in Sree Nivas Home stay, and we immensely pleased for their hospitality, and the food they have provided. 👌

We have checked out on the early morning 5°clock, and went to railway station. After reaching railway station, one of our group member noticed that he has misplaced his mobile some where else. The train is coming in 15 minutes, then we telephoned to Venugopalji, who is the owner of Home stay to check whether the mobile is forgotten there by mistake. He searched, and found that the mobile was there and informed that he will bring the same to railway station. He started by his vehicle and, all the way came to Plat Form No 4 , where we are waiting for our train, and handed over the mobile, before we are boarding the train. There are no words to praise the excellent personnel services rendered by him. Really we are all greatful for the awesome services of Sri Venugopalji. May God bless him and family with abundant of happiness,pleasure and prosperity for ever.

I may take the opportunity to request them to make small modifications, and see that rooms in first floor are also having attached bathroom. This is the only...

My wife and I stayed at Sree Niwas Homestay for a day. Here goes my observations:

Pros:

1. In the heart of the city. A 10-minute brisk walk to the famed Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple
2. Spotless clean room and toilet. Equally clean towels and bedsheet. Comfortable and good quality mattress. Silent yet performing air conditioner
3. Warm hosts who greet you in person while you check-in and check-out. A feeling of being at home
4. Freshly prepared home-made breakfast
5. Ample space to park 2 hatchbacks, that too covered (The road in front can be a bit tricky to navigate, if you are driving a 7-seater or above)
6. Absolutely safe for families and solo women travelers. I found the area too to be perfectly safe. 24*7 availability of autos and cabs including Uber, Ola and Rapido

The only drawback I noticed:

The room size is small. There is bare minimum space to walk around the cot. Add to it the low ceiling height, some would feel cramped.

Value-for-money deal, if one would be spending the whole day outside, and would be using the room...
