Hotel is well located at seven roads junction near the Aavin parlour and just down from Tava restaurant. ||Room is very spacious with separate washbasin & dress change area. Spacious bathroom and toilet. Geyser available in the room - so 24 hours hot water. They provide towels and soap. Bed is medium comfortable with quilt instead of blanket Even with night weather of less than 10 C we felt warm and cozy thanks to the quilt.||Room is clean and well maintained and the bathroom is clean too. They provide hot water for drinking (RO water). Corridors have cctv cameras. Though there is no in-house restaurant, there are many options nearby. Car parking available in the premises.||Location: Centrally located and close to lake, shopping, bus stand etc. Only downside: on sundays a local market selling multiple items (called Sandhai in Tamil) takes place and the road on which the hotel is located gets very crowded. If you are traveling by car - keep this in mind. Smell of livestock/butchered meat lingers on another day - so keep in mind. Room itself with the doors closed does not smell. But it is only...

The worst experience I have had recently visited kodaikanal and we stayed in this hotel.. At first day all were good next day geyser were not working lights were not working we each time comolained about it to the staff aft check out we placed our luggages in reception area and also we checked out at 7a.m though we had time till 10:30 is actual check out time but they said we have another guest if u going out pls pack ur luggages and we will provide rooms for refresh once u back then u can use restrooms and leave from hotel but rhey didnot provide anything though we asked them abt it all they gave us a staff restroom which is so terrible than the public restrooms in kodaikanal we had our kids with us we were so disappointed and leaft the hotel... Don't were book the hotel which is not even cared abt their guest satisfaction.. And it was situated near fish market which is smelled...
