Hotel Wellesley — Hotel in Kolkata

This hotel has poor service as compared to other hotels visited... The people are not so welcoming.. if you go you will know why i have commented this poorly... So much disappointed... 1: the rooms service people which they have assigned for us was somewhat lazy he told us that we can order foor from outside but the receptionist told we have to order from the given restaurant otherwise we wont get cutlery sets that's so unprofessional 2: if we order from that icular restaurant then only we can have cutlery sets whats with this rule?? I just dont understand 3: the people assigned for the particular room is very careless and lazy.. 4: they charge money (assigned person)for tea nd biscuit.. 5: we have visited that hotel as it was appropriate to the street but it was totally not worth it... 6: i came with my finance and he was so angry that if we have not paid full amount then we would find another hotels nearby... 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 7- they were asking for tip.. tip?? Really? They think we r fool or what.. asking for tip as if they have done a good and appreciating work.. nd its not safe for girls or boys as the people appears to be somewhat dangerous The area is not safe... Hotels and people are somewhat same..poor locality and illiterate...

Unsafe for Girls, my 3 female staffs were staying there and the hotel's staffs tried to enter the room at 3 am and when asked why are you here they tild that they are here for tip, who the hell goes at 3am for tip?, they will force to in a polite way for tip, if you don't give them then they start behaving rude. My staffs forgot a luggage bag at the reception, and when contacted they very bluntly denied and disconnected the call. Never never never seen people like these in...

This hotel is the worst hotel in kolkata.... Never go to this hotel... Bcz they don't know how to talk.... With guest... And chargers for extra money....
