Sultan — Local services in Kolkata

Pathetic customer service... i have been shopping for last 3 years... on an average bought 5-6 kurtas every year for my family members. For the first time had a size issue and had to exchange the product.. I had the original bill as well. But they did not have the size and asked to come later. I went there later but they simply told me that they cannot exchange. They gave me 2 options. I didnot like them and asked them to show me more if its of more price I was ready to give the extra money. They denied and stopped listening to me atall. I went on saying to just give me anything even if its of less price, I wont ask for the remaining amount. They ignored me totally. Pretending of not listening to me at all. This was the most insulting experience I had ever in my life. I was ready to pay more or accept a cheaper price product. I just wanted to have something of xxl. I dont think I deserved this. Totally horrible shopping experience I had. Would never go back to this shop like ever in my life and....

This area has lots of similar shops for Sherwani and kurti shopping but here it's a shopping experience .The staff are well knowledgeable about their products and help a lott while choosing the best item in your budget. Though an average kurta starts from 800+ INR and good quality ones like chicken work kurta would be around 1.5k +. For Jackets it's from 1500k+, and Sherwanies would be from 4k + range. They have lots of varieties in all sizes. The items seems a bit pricy but the quality is fantastic 👌. I baught a Sherwani along with couple of kurtas and pajama along with Jacket for my family and me. We had some measurements issue when after we took it home. After explaining them they were very kind to accept and exchange with better options in our choice of size.

Sutan is the worst shop in new market area...I had purchased Punjabi from this shop after next day I went there to exchange the Punjabi ,but the person sitting on cash chair long barb wear topi musliM guy he refused to replace and beaved rudley and said he didn't replace the commissioners son dress who are u...ye Hain asliyat sultan ki dukaan Ka...I request you to please not to go to this shop,he also insulted me that how u thought we exchange and said u did not see the bill we have no exchange written in invoice...WORST SHOP SULTAN ITS A DUSTBIN OF HART FORT LANE...from today I will never purchase anytime from SULTAN SHOP...he is not sultan he is haywan...local people said that they bring cheaper quality garment from metibruze and sell in their showroom...this is the...
