The PG has many pluses....centrally located in Bhawanipore near Gol Mandir....the area is astonishingly quiet n peaceful, the air quality is good compared to other locàtions, the metro stn is walking distance and even the market places, tea joints, sweetshop / fastfood are at a stone throw diatance ...In case you are a morning/ evening walker, the Saheed Bhagat Singh Park popularly known as the Mintu park is nearby. The PG has daily cleaning service thanks to its sincere and dedicated caretaker Chacha ji...the food is very homely...non spicy and every meal is prepared fresh ! ......The pricing ?....Budget friendly depending upon whether you choose single, double or tripple sharing......The owner ?....He is Mr. Walia... a gem of a person...truly very helpful ! My son stayed for over a year and has stated that overall, the PG deserves a 5...

Walia Guest House is undoubtedly the best PG for students and working professionals. The cleanliness and overall management is flawless. Mr Walia's management team is very affectionate and high responsive. An elderly person who manages the PG is fondly called as Chachaji, is an excellent individual and can be well termed as true uncle or even a grand uncle of any young boy staying there. Parents need not worry about their children at Walia Guest House as long Mr Walia and his team with Chachaji are there. I stayed in Walia PG in Bhawanipur for the past 8 months, and it was a fantastic experience. The PG is well-maintained and located in a prime area, with the metro and bus stops just a 2-minute walk away, making it extremely convenient for daily commute. The food provided was consistently good, which is often hard to find in PG accommodations. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great place to live in...
