Kolkata is flooded with cafes and restaurants and here's another cafe located at one of the busiest part of the city ,to chill out with your friends over a hookah ,some good food and great music . Cafe eighty 8+ stands right on the main road at Exide more towards Bhawanipore. Best possible way to reach the place is to take a metro upto sadan and exit via gate number 4 will lead you to this place . It is a dimly lit cafe with good crowd capacity . Prices are on the higher side .You can spend as much quality time as you wish with your gang as they provide numerous board games.

•Jungle lolipop(268) : Chicken chunks tossed in spicy tangy sauce and stuck on a toothpick .

•Veg spring roll(198) : Crispy deep fried vegetable stuffed rolls served with a salsa .

•Boom stick(398) : An intresting take to the usual chicken lollypop . Here meat is removed from bones of chicken and then minced ,mixed with other spices and then it is again stuck on the bone ,finally deep fried .

•Mexcican wave pizza non veg(308) : A cheesy pizza with good amount of chicken chunks as topping and lots of cheese to win your heart.

•Mexcican rice with jacket potato(278) : Rice with corn kernels and other veggies served with spicy jacket potatoes .

•Virgin mojito(198) : A refreshing mocktail to finish...

Just today afternoon, I checked in into this place. This newly opened cafe is located near exide metro gate 4 or PC Chandra Jewellers (Elgin). This cafe is quite spacious, has three sections in total. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had tried- crispy chilly baby corn, chese fried mozzarella, cheese paratha with dal, Margherita, choco plant, Mocktails. Crispy chilli babycorn was tasty, babycorn pieces was small,well coated and deep fried. Chese fried mozzarell, coating was thin, Cheese within it was quite well blended with the spices. Margherita here was quite interesting, they didn’t serve it as a full pizza but they serve it in small 6 pieces of round bread with topping on it. It was soft. Cheese paratha with dal was my favourite here, paratha was well stuffed with cheese and served it dal,which was basically mix of rajma and tadka daal. All the mocktails were totally refreshing.
