FabHotel Diamond Inn — Hotel in Maharashtra

One of the nightmare stay experience I have ever had. Had booked through Agoda, as it is an agoda preferred property. Whatever shown in Agoda was much different than reality. Surprises started the minute we reached the location. We realised there is no lift and checked with the hotel staff whether someone can help us with taking our bags to our room since we were carrying heavy Baggages weighing 10-15kgs. We ended up getting a response saying no you need to carry your baggage yourself in a very rude manner, even though we could see a room boy present there. Next surprise was the room, we ended up in a very compact room whereas it was mentioned to be extremely spacious in Agoda. The rooms didn't have basic amenities which was mentioned in Agoda like Wardrobe, wash basin etc. Third surprise was few unwelcomed guests, we did find many cockroaches in the room which was unfortunately not mentioned in the website 😂

It was totally a horrible experience and we would strongly not recommend this place for individuals/couples/family. Please don't blindly believe the good reviews (like we did and fell trap for) that are given to this property as they are mostly fake/paid and given by near and dear ones of the hotel management.

Lastly the most disappointing part is that, when we reached out to Agoda all they did was go back to the hotel and ask questions on our concerns. Would you think the hotel will admit all the loopholes they have.

I booked this hotel via Fab hotel customer care service. I had requested for the early check-in, and they agreed for early check-in for extra money. But when I arrived at the hotel to check in, the receptionist told me that early check-in is not possible cause the room that was booked on my name was assigned to someone else! I was shocked to see the carelessness of the receptionist. After my multiple calls with fab hotel customer service, they gave me a small room without AC for my original price. If you want to stay in Hinjewadi tech park and have lowest prices, FabHotel is a good place. It is nearby (~3km) to the intercity bus station if you want to go other place like Mumbai. The Lodge does not serve any food, so bring your own food or order...
