Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi — Hotel in Maharashtra

Had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Pune. Location is quite central in Hingewadi and decently close to the expressway; it is next door to a Shell gas station. So for those driving to Pune, the location is a dream. The breakfast buffet is also another excellent feature of this hotel. They had a variety of vegetarian options along with refreshing detox waters and freshly pressed juice. The star of the breakfast, however, was the egg station: they make your eggs to order,and they can customise it to your preferences. You can tell them to add whatever you want to your stuffed omelette and it will be just perfect. Unfortunately, the non-veg selection left a lot to be desired, they had really bland, sad looking chicken sausages. I stayed in a family room which was just gorgeous and spacious enough for a family of 3, maybe 4. The room had a pull-out sofa that would easily fit 2 kids on it. The bathroom was clean and had decent amenities. But there were a few issues with my room. Firstly, they said the room was on the first floor, even though the booking was for a higher floor. The reason for this was that they have a nightclub on the top floor and that it is really loud and the floor shakes. So I accepted the room and at night, I could hear the night club 6 floors down. So I was glad they didn't give me the higher floor room, however, they should specify that cause they do charge more for higher floors. Secondly, I don't think the room was cleaned properly, they definitely needed to vacumm more since I found moong dal near the end of the room. I only discovered this later while I was stacking my suitcase there (was only there for one night, and it was discovered quite late in the night). Finally, the room got damn hot at night and I had to keep fixing the temperature, but it didn't help. Anyway, since I checked out the next day, I let them know about these complaints. Would I go back here? Absolutely. However, next time, I'm going to ensure I'm only paying for a lower floor room. And while checking in, I will meticulously check the room before accepting it. I'd also probably ask for a room with openable windows just incase the ac isn't cooling enough or if it...

I am currently sitting in the lobby area. Experience was not good but pathetic or I can say worst... we checked in hotel at around 5 pm and ac was not working from the starting. We tried to manage from our end for sometime but could not as room was becoming suffocated... we complained several times and after that their mechanic came and asked for sometime.. Tired me kept waiting in their lobby for issue to get resolved... after so many requests, they agreed to change room.. we were too tired and kept waiting.. after some more time, they gave a new room.. same issue repeated this time also... it was very very difficult to breathe in the room.. it was very suffocating...They are very careless. And I am still looking for a new hotel to stay in Pune... I lost my money as they told us that money is non refundable.. and the mental trauma we are suffering.. its my hard earned money ..I tried to book the best hotel so that I can relax.. but this is the first time I am forced to write a review!!!!! Never recommend this hotel to anyone if you want a peaceful stay!! Stay away from this property ..

Replying to what you replied!! We were very thankful to you that you upgraded our room and was ready to extend our check out till 1pm. But replying with wrong facts here wont do any good to what we experienced. Your staff agreed that 1st room was suffocated.. when he came to our room, he also said that it is very difficult to sit in the room..when you tried to echange 5021 room for 5017 , your staff told the same reason that room also had same air conditioning issues.. after sometime you gave 2nd room (i guess 1004), it was smoky and also suffocated more than earlier .. the boy who came to spray perfume also agreed the same.... I think you must cross check facts with your staff 1st before commenting here..your words dont match..I am also doing business. I also fear if someone gives bad rating to me. It adversely affects business.. I paid my hard earned money to you.. I paid and you blacklisted me!!! Ironical!! I came here to spend a good time but you are justifying upgradation and late checkout for the fact that you couldnot provide a hassle free room...
