This was my third visit to this shop, and once again, I had a great experience. They have a good collection for both babies and mothers. The staff is very polite and helpful. I would especially like to mention Miss Ravina and Mr. Sanjay.

Ravina was very supportive in helping my wife choose the right items for her and also shared a list of essentials for the baby, which will definitely help us in the future.

Sanjay showed us different cradles and explained all their features—even though I wasn’t planning to buy one right now. He was very patient and helped me understand which options suit my budget.

They are very good at sales. Felt premium for their hospitality. But for customer service they do not have any accountability. 2 times visited the store for a complaint regarding electronic breast pumps within a week of purchase. They assured me that they will send mail to customer service and the someone will visit home. They took our address as well.

Yesterday I again went for diaper purchase and reminded them about same. They again said same about they will send mail.

I called them today again and they say they don't have anything related to this and customer has to call customer care himself.

What a U-turn?? Can someone answer on this ? Please walk to another brand store...

This company is a complete scam in the name of baby products. Most of the items are clearly taken from local markets, cheaply made, and just rebranded with a "Mee Mee" sticker. There's no real quality - just packaging. They sell local, low-grade products at high prices by pretending to be a premium brand like FirstCry. Totally misleading and disappointing.
