Subject: Complaint Regarding Misbehavior and Insult by Employee - Urgent Action Required
Dear Management,
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service and treatment I received from one of your employees, Mr. Arun Nair, the Duty Manager of Operations, during my recent visit to E Square Elite at Xion Mall, Pune.On the evening of April 2nd, 2024, I attended a screening of "Lapata Ladies" at 8:30 PM, for which I purchased tickets directly from the counter. Despite my preference for electronic tickets, your staff provided me with paper tickets, which I accepted without complaint. Additionally, I utilized UPI to make a payment as your staff did not have change for a Rs. 500 note. However, during the second half of the movie, a security guard requested to see my tickets. Unfortunately, I could not locate them as I suspected they may have fallen out of my pocket, given that I was wearing shorts. Rather than assisting me in resolving the issue, Mr. Nair was summoned, and his subsequent behavior was appalling.Mr. Nair proceeded to confront me aggressively, forcibly removing me from the theater and threatening me with expulsion. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and provide evidence of payment, he persisted in treating me disrespectfully. This incident occurred in full view of other patrons, leaving me feeling humiliated and unjustly accused.I implore you to review the security footage, which will confirm that I did indeed present my tickets upon entry and made a legitimate payment for my tickets. Despite this irrefutable evidence, Mr. Nair's behavior remained unapologetic and dismissive.I am deeply disturbed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by Mr. Nair and demand that appropriate action be taken to address this matter. It is not only a question of customer service but also a matter of basic human dignity. No individual should be subjected to such mistreatment, especially in a public setting.I urge you to investigate this incident thoroughly and take the necessary steps to ensure that employees like Mr. Nair are held accountable for their actions. Additionally, I request a formal apology from Mr. Nair for his unacceptable behavior and the distress it caused me.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will handle it with the seriousness it deserves and take prompt action to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the...

The ticket prices are reasonable, and the sound and picture quality are OK. The seats are comfortable, and the legroom is adequate. However, the theater can get crowded, especially on weekends.
Overall, E Square Carnival Xion is a decent movie theater. It is not the best in the city, but it is a good option for watching a movie at a reasonable price.
Here are some specific things that I liked about E Square Carnival Xion:

The theater can get crowded, especially on weekends. The food court is small and the food is overpriced. Screen Size is Way too small.
Overall, I would give E Square Carnival Xion a 3 out of 5 stars. It is a decent movie theater, but there are better options in the city.
Here are some tips for getting the best experience at E Square Carnival Xion:
Go during the week to avoid the crowds. Book your tickets in advance, especially if you are going to see a popular movie. Sit in the center of the theater for the best sound and picture quality. Bring your own snacks and drinks to save money if you manage to sneak through...

Maybe it was a one-off or maybe there was a technical problem.. but this was my experience which was a bit frustrating at that time.. otherwise it was a good experience.
Edit: Based on another recent visit:- Had went there for the movie '1917' . It was night show. I don't remember the show time. It was around 9.30pm. I don't know what the issue was but they didn't allowed the people that came to see this movie to go inside. I guess their previous show ended late or maybe it took more than expected time to clean-up the theatre hall. Whatever it was, they made us wait for around 25-30 mins from the scheduled show time. Which is really bad. There might have been some important reason or security checks kind of thing but if so then they should have told it...
