Hotel Montana NX — Hotel in Maharashtra

Excellent hotel. I booked a hotel in lonavla but when we reached there it was nothing like the one shown in the images so at the end moment I had to cancel it and put an emergency rebooking on that very hour and found this GEM. They accepted the last minute booking at a very reasonable price and even upgraded us from standard double room to the one with the cool bathtub for FREE. You can order food from outside and the biggest advantage is that it's located at very prime location in the city, it's a road touch property with hotels and snack centers at walkable distance.The railway station is around 1.4 KM and local bus depot is at 300 m around (estm.) Perfect for people WITHOUT PRIVATE VEHICLES to travel outside to eat. Baskin robins, dominos, Bombay zaika,Grill zone(For misal pav lovers), smokin joeys pizza, liquor shop... everything at walkable distance. The amenities were good and in working conditions(except the TV), For water you need to ask the staff to give you bottles(Normal additional charges) and they have a good restaurant right beside their property. The staff was good and friendly. You may face problem with the parking space since it's a road...

Size: Decent size room but online it was different room actual room was very different. With 2k budget it was not at all worth.

Service: Service was not very great. No tea coffee They gave 2 water bottles by saying we provide 2 bottles free and while checkout they were asking money for it. Foods were too costly, you can get many food options nearby.

Cleanliness: Pathetic, rooms were smelling They don’t clean the bed sheets and blankets, it was smelling like hell. Curtains were also smelling Whole room was smelling, it was horrible stay.

Staff: They showed different room and once we booked online they provided different one. They simply said you have booked this room even on my booking it was showing different room.

Parking: No proper parking space, you have park out the hotel it doesn’t look safe.

Overall it was horrible experience, there are many great hotels nearby you can book with...
