On 9th May, I was in Tea Post, Lonavala branch. I went with my family. The table was dirty with food spilled all over due to previous customer. I approached the worker to clean the table. They do not accept credit card payment when their most basic tea costs rs50! Tables were unclean Untrained staff - will elaborate on this below. No AC & Noisy street - Yes the shop is not isolated.
Details of incident : After spending half an hour at the shop with family, when I was about the leave, one of the staff rushed at me & asked for payment. I said I had paid & asked him to check his PayTM box. For his convenience I showed him my Gpay. The guy snatched my fone & took it to show the owner, no regrets whatsoever.
No matter the amount of promotion they do, they're one of those establishments that exist to loot customers in Lonavala.
Tea was decent but again it's not worth the asking price. Ambience isn't great either.
