Hotel Sai D-Lax Shirdi — Hotel in Maharashtra

Positive : rooms are good . Bathroom are bit smelly but upon asking they put room freshener . Location is also not too far from Temple . We didn’t carry the xerox for darshanam, hotel gave the xerox copy .

Negative :

1. pathetic and unacceptable behaviour from room service . They will come to your room directly without knocking at 9am (we didn’t order anything , they were telling we have checked out ) Without any common sense . They unlocked with their access card and came inside . (Safety is not at all there , don’t keep any valuables in your room )

2. Room service is extremely slow . I asked for water bottles , which they haven’t provided initially . It took 1 hour to bring water bottles (I called them thrice )

3. they don’t provide basic amenities (brush , soap , water bottles ) . Without kettle they kept 2 tea packets , 2 cofffe and sugar sachets . No milk packets as well .

4. Forget about parking they have only 3 spaces . They will ask you to park on waste area , where they dump the waste .

My suggestion is to avoid this hotel...
