Firstly, the hotel rooms are dirty... we requested the room service to change our rug and bed cover, but they paid no heed to us.
Secondly, the bathroom was greatly bad ... water dripping from shower, hand shower beside comode was broken , and the exhaust fan was there just for show .
Thirdly, the door latch was broken, and the keyhole was so bad, that I had to call room service, every time I came back to the hotel from the outdoors.
Fourthly, this is about the service... when we ordered dinner in our room ( 407 ),we got everything we wanted and the cooking was good (except the Biryani ) . The next day, we decided to dine in the restaurant below (not inside our room) and ordered the same food items -- ¤ Food came after 51 mins ¤ They made Chicken Hot & Sour Soup with Chilly and Soya sauce ¤ They had limited items of food ¤ When asked , a waiter proudly replied , "The quality of food is different here as compared to room service " !!! In the morning, we got no tea up to 10.15am...
It is up to the viewers to believe me or not... I have posted some pictures of these in my Google Plus account... P.S.: Try not to come to Hotel Grace...
Read moreWe stayed there for two nights on recommendations of a friend, Of course the location is very good. First impression as you enter the lobby you do not want to stay there. Lazy staff, No one comes forward to help you with luggage.seems that the staff does not wash their cloths and do not take bath. When they come near they leave a smell.||Dirty linens. Good that we generally our own bed sheet and sheet to cover us. ||Rooms are overpriced. Originally I was quoted rates of 2200/-per night but when I got the bill the charges were 3000/- per room. You cannot argue.Place not worth. To reach our room we had to pass the kitchen.Looking in to kitchen we decided not to have any thing at the Hotel. Worst in cleanliness. Would not recommend unless you have no choice. Only positive point is its location say 100 mtrs from city centre. Else for me it is...
Read moreVery average accommodation with extreme casual approach from the management. ||The hotel is located very close to the market place, the famous police bazar. The reception lobby was also not bad with nice wooden interiors.||The rooms have decent initial appearance, but lots of attention required from the management for a complete refurbishment. The bathroom was clean, but extremely unorganized. There are big sewage pipes from top floor running through the bathroom, something I have never seen before. The bathroom is with cheap fittings and unplanned installations of things. For an example, in our bathroom, there is no place to stand in front of the basin.||In terms of the price, the room amenities are not at all...
