Avoid at All Costs - Rude Staff & Unethical Practices

"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the appalling service I experienced at The Glass Houze in Shillong. From the moment we arrived, we were met with an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude from the staff. Discriminatory Treatment: It became blatantly obvious that we were treated differently from local patrons, who seemed to receive preferential treatment and far better service. Unethical Practices: We witnessed questionable practices, they even encouraged and allowed their friend customers to show all disrespect towards us. Brought Wrong Order & Aggressive Arguments: To add insult to injury, they brought us the wrong order. When we politely questioned this, we were met with aggressive arguments and a complete lack of apology. Unprofessionalism: The staff were not only rude but also unprofessional, displaying a complete lack of customer service skills and empathy. I strongly advise against dining at The Glass Houze. Their unethical behavior, disrespectful treatment of customers, and inability to rectify their mistakes are unacceptable. Today we went to visit glass house - grill & bar but when we reach their it really disappointed us because the staff(the waiter) their judge people by their physical appearance. Our intention going to glasss house is to have a hookah however, the waiter or the staff misbehave with us by responding hookah are not available when hookah are still available. Yes i'm 100% sure hookah is available because when the next people who come after us, the staff in hurry provide them hookah menu. When we notice the staff (of your organisation) provide hookah to the people sitting next to us he feel ashame of his misbehavior. The place was fine and is ok for a one time visit. The staff didn't have smiling faces and we had to call out to someone to take our order despite sitting there for about 10 minutes. The beer served was chilled but the starters were dull and boring. We ordered chicken wings which was a tad bit too spicy, the London town fish & chips was bland but the tartar sauce was good. They forgot to serve the fries with the fish & chips and when i informed the staff, they kept quiet and seemed displeased. A while later they served the fries without an apology or even a smile.
