Pathetic experience with the staff and the so called GM. They are a big zeros and don’t fit in the scale. The staff is least bothered. They have a severe parking issues as space is not much and on top they have hired a bunch of useless people. Last night, I have been there with family and parked my car inside. Adjusted with a little space between my car n other one which was beside after the staff insisted. I was not happy in doing that but, upon his influence did that. Later when came out after dinner, found a scratch on the right side. It was clearly evident and registered my protest. But, as expected they were least bothered and then started asking me to leave the matter. Found a guy who was calling himself a GENERAL MANAGER, he was not able to handle the matter and started blaming me. His act was very irresponsible and seems he doesn’t have got any hold on his staff who manages the parking. He only have said that, he will check and show the footage. But, surprisingly he backed out when I have demanded and agreed to check the footage.
My genuine feedback for this joint will be- Be a good listener while communicating and just don’t jump to conclusion Focus on your customers and don’t be over confident that you are getting a good business. “It can go low anytime, if we stop coming” If your food is good but, you spoil anyone’s day like this then, I will be the last person to come Try to think from our angle and issues we face in the parking Instruct your staff and train them to be humble otherwise we will be rude too with you
“I have been there multiple times, but now decided not to go again. I don’t care if I am just one person. Atleast you can count me in your losses. You can only do the damage to my car but, now this will be my return gift to you. Really not happy with...
Read moreMy recent visit to Urban Dhaba in Mira Bhayandar, Mumbai, was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped in, the vibrant atmosphere and welcoming ambiance set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The seating arrangements were comfortable, allowing for a relaxed meal with friends or family.
Now, let's talk about the food! We indulged in a variety of dishes, and each one was a culinary masterpiece. The Veg Amritsari, Butter Roti, Paneer Chilli, Corn Cheese Balls, and Soya Chilli Stick were bursting with flavors, showcasing the expertise of the chefs in blending spices and ingredients to perfection.
To complement our meal, we savored a selection of refreshing mocktails, which were a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience.
Overall, Urban Dhaba exceeded my expectations with its delectable dishes, inviting ambiance, and impeccable service. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in...
Read moreVisited this place on 13th April my anniversary and repenting why I visited this place. Waited for an hour to get the seat. Paid 950 for a tandoor platter and guess what it had normal chicken tandoori and 4 small pieces of kebab, guess they don't serve chutney or sauce. Ordered Malaysian pot rice which was bland that was for 350, I asked to see if the order for 2nd Malaysian rice can be cancelled and sizzler can be provided within 2 mins, the answer was not as the vegetables have already been fried. The first order took 25 mins. I was given a seat that didn't have fan and I was sweating. The manager is some lazy chap. The staff members need to be directed by a good leader. My suggestion " good ambience can give you business initially but can't sustain it" people eat out for good experience and service - taste is something that is bare minimum expectation. Try visiting Canton house and experience the service and food. If canton starts serving alcohol you guys will go out...
