Dear People, I suggest you please don't prefer this hotel to stay. From my experience I'am saying this one is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my entire life. If I have zero star option I might have put that also. That much worst hotel is this Fab Hotel.The receptionist and the manager who is handling this hotel they don't have any manners like how they should speak to the guest. They only want money not customer satisfaction. When we booked the hotel for 4 days, we have done the advance payment also. But when reached there he was asking the full amount even after we didn't started to stay itself. Actually we need to check the room, washrooms everything. But that people were not allowing us to do that also. They were calling my Dad bad words in Hindi and also he called my dad "Irresponsible person" for not paying the full amount at the very first day of checkin. All will pay the full amount when they checkout. But here they need at the very beginning and if are not ready to pay means they will start to insult us. Is this the way to behave to the guest who came to take a room?? And then when we entered the room, omg!! it was not cleaned, bed sheet is not changed, pillow cover is so dirty and the bathroom is also not cleaned, shower is not working properly, AC is not working, some kind of sound was coming from the fan. We were not able to sleep because of mosquitoes byte. And by suffering from all these discomfort should we pay them full amount?? We directly told them we are leaving for next day and cancelled the rest of the days booking. But because of their greediness they asked us to pay extra 1k so that only they can cancel the 4days booking. We told it's okay we are ready to pay because we want to go from that hell. So dear guest, whoever is planning to book a rooms please please don't book this hotel. I'am telling you again and again you will experience the worst incident in your life. I had requested for twin bed since I wasstaying with my adult daughter, I was told by Receptionist VIPIN that we don't have twin bed , if you really require than you can sleep on the floor Or cancel the booking and look for another hotel .That time I had no choice so I checked in . vipin was very rude . Than someone from staff came to take order for breakfast ,menu was in the room to choose one hot meal , one cold meal from 4 choices in each category.i was told we have only Idli sambhar with chutney. Than I contacted Fab central team talked to Anirudh first than he transfered my call to Prakash that time prakash told me hotel is cheating you on breakfast issue than he talked to Vipin in hotel on confrconfe call that time vipin came to my room and told me I can anything from menu.Than came anianot receptionist Shifi he was like I cannot takr breakfast order you talk to fab they will refund your breakfast money. Than next day on 03/10/2018 I called Ambica soni Guest delight officer of FAB I can say only one thing he is the most useless person working for Fab .He came met me than told me that I will get back to you than he never called nor he gave me any solution and he ran away quitely. Read moreHotel intra was average but it was stinking, lot of room fresher used in lobby and corridor. My stay was for three days so tried connecting with customer care and you know was worst IVR to reach to a operator and once you reached to them after several tries they are arrogant and will not listen to you. They are built in the Fab system for formality sake.
If you talk about room amenities one soap and one body wash are available. One bottle of water per double occupancy will be given. Cost is INR 3000 plus.
Over all pathetic experience will never come back to service provider again and will not let my well beings to use it.
Oyo is much more recommend option if you are looking for such...
