Short review: Awesomest experience.
Long review: Service: These gals and guys know they are in a service industry and are taking it to next level. The moment we walked into their Mado Mado restaurant, we were made to feel super welcome. Visited on sunday and the place was vibing and jam packed. And yet the manager and the usher took time to talk to everyone who was waiting and updating them about the time it will take. The place was HAPPY. You can feel the happiness and pride these guys put into their work at Mado Mado. I was carrying some baggage and the manager ever helped me sit in a waiting area, and came to inform me when table was available.
Another instance was when we ordered naan at table, but there were some sunday activities going on so we left the table to check those out. When we returned the naan was at table. Had become kind of cold, but we decided to dig in. One bit into it, and ofcourse our expressions probably changed I believe. The manager was so attentive that without us even saying a word, he approached our table and requested us to put away our naan and promptly replaced it.
Servers were polite and knew their jobs perfectly. If possible I would have given mado mado 7 star of 5 just for their service.
Food: supreme. Tastes authentic, fresh, and has a good feel to it. You known there are times when you eat something and you just know somehow, that it's been made with love. That's the feeling we had about our food. P.S. naan and roti size could be a bit small compared to other restaurants. So you may have to order more.
Cleanliness: superb.well organized tables. Small tables, if you really ask me.
Feel of the place: ROCKING. Better dress up decently well. As if going for a party. This place had the most happening crowd of all high end restaurants we have visited. And even though I was wearing decently high end clothes, felt a little conscious looking at what other guys were wearing.
LIVE Music sessions on sunday. Guy sings well, pretty well. Guitar guy is good too. Does take requests to play songs you wanna hear.
Over all experience: reaching this place might be a bit difficult, but trust me, this place is heavenly. Definitely visiting this place again...

Veg salads were Not salads, but just an excuse to be on the plate! Non-veg salads were all pretty good. The prawns cocktail salad had almost no prawns at all. On the second request, we got a decent mini bowl of Prawns on our table. The three mocktails on offer were tooooo sweet. Chaas was decent, but limbu shikanji was super sweet. The live counter for veg, nonveg starters was good. The pavbhaji was decent. A simple grilled sandwich, even on the 2nd attempt was a complete disaster. The ice-creams and desserts were good, but sugar-free options almost Nil. Most importantly, the main courses laid out in a line, was a complete mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes lying interspersed, instead of simple proper segregation. The tomato and sweetcorn soup are not even worth a mention. No bread rolls, breadsticks, butter, etc. Not a single fresh fruit salad anywhere. No dimsums, no pasta, no pizza and last but not the least, no one was able to provide the menu of the Buffet laid out !! Tea, coffee seemingly available, was never offered voluntarily, as part of the buffet.
Disappointed overall, but thankful to Eazydiner for the 50% discount overall. The final price charged in your bill, is a mismatch to the AI price offered on the Eazydiner app. Do remember to check this. Most card offers DO NOT work here!!
Dear guest, give a good thought and do get confirmations on details, before going through such a sham.
Best would be,...
