I stayed for 8 days and it was horrible, the staff had No Manners To Talk, they were SO RUDE, even told for room cleaning twice but no one showed up.

Even the bedsheet WAS TORN UP and they didn't bother to change it as well.

And the bathroom STINKS NO CLEANING and was SMELLING SO BAD,

Coming to the food, they were CHARGING High and the QUALITY OF FOOD WAS NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

We also asked for the cold water bottle but they didn't provided that as well.

They also charged for the water bottle as well as we stayed for like 8 days. MAKES NO SENSE.

I stayed with my brother and sister and when we mentioned about rooms Sharing he started JUDGING AND PASSING BAD COMMENTS.

Worst hotel in Mumbai, I broke my ankle while I was in Mumbai and unfortunately had to stay in this hotel, the staff is so rude that one day we ended up having an argument. The staff gave me verbal threats and abuses and also threaten me with physical violence. I'm not from India I'm from Hong Kong and I don't take this attitude from anyone I wasn't feeling safe because I couldn't walk and at that time I just checked out from the hotel even though I had paid for 8 days extra. The worst hotel experience of my entire life and yes it's all true about the room situation and how bad the washroom is everything you heard is correct please...
