Hotel Galaxy — Hotel in Mumbai

I am an IT professional because of my profession i use to travel a lot & stay in hotels but i have never seen such a low standard hotel in my life before & will not recommend any one to stay in this hotel because of below given reasons.

Horrible behavior of the hotel staff, totally unprofessional & reception staff are even more worse. . Untidy rooms & in many rooms AC dont work properly because of which i have changed 2 rooms in 2 days during the stay in this hotel. Food quality is pathetic, completely not acceptable. Before booking they communicate to me WIFI will be free but not the case when i stayed. They never respond on your request/service call.

Pro:1. hotel is closer to airport and reasonable price. Food is good and breakfast buffet is just too good to resist. WIfi is provided and speed is good.

Cons: 1. TV working but channels not activated ,had to give them specific channel nos. I needed to watch yet issue not resolved till the end. Had to call them early morning to provide dental and shaving kit usually these things should be already present before we check in the room..cost saving may be. 3.Very Limited no. The staff at the front desk are very good and co-operative. They are very helpful in every situation. Food vise here Non- Veg is very tasty and reasonable. I personally did not like the quality of some Veg dishes. Rooms are neat and very clean. There is ample space to move around in the room.
