The experience was "Okay".
Yes, one gets to have the local food with affordable price. I would like to visit again sometime. But, How authentic the taste is?
We had ordered Chicken kasa, Prawn Masala, Fish Fry, Chuna Macha Bhaja, Two Phakhala Thali and two Phkala rice (only the rice).
The chicken kasa (4 star) was good, but I couldn't real felt whether it was cooked with Musturad oil or any other oil.
The prawn Masala (3 star)- It was okay. there were a lot of masala, which we didn't even touch. We just ate the prawn. A prawn bhaja addition could be better (that was not in the menu). The same feedback about the oil.
Fish fry (2 star)- This had a lot of fried oil. Really, please replace this with Fish besara bhaja.
Chuna macha bhaja (4 star)- taste was good. but there were lot o onions, which is not necessary at all.
The badi chura and mix bhaja- were deep fried. Not authentic at all.
In general, Odiya's - don't deep fry their side items. We tawa fry it and use less of Oil. That's what we are knows for (Sarala Khadya...
