Arna — Restaurant in New Delhi

I hope someone from the restaurant management will give due attention to the feedback I’m sharing here.

I visit Arna once every month to enjoy its authentic Odia cuisine, which I truly appreciate. The issue is not with the taste of the food — that remains excellent. However, I have faced consistent problems with the service provided by the staff. I would like to highlight the following concerns:

Delay in Taking Orders: Most of the time, I struggle to get the attention of the waitstaff to place an order. Despite trying to call them multiple times, no one responds promptly.

Refilling Issues: I usually order thalis, but the refills are not provided on time. It often requires repeated reminders.

Behavioural Concerns: I kindly request the staff to treat all customers equally. It is disheartening to see preferential treatment given to some guests. If any personal favors are to be extended, please ensure they are not done publicly, as it creates a sense of inequality among customers.

I sincerely hope the management will look into these issues and take appropriate steps to improve the overall...

I went to this place to try authentic Odisha food along with two of my friends from Odisha. I cannot comment on the authenticity of the food. However, we all liked it. If to trust my friends words, the food was almost authentic. The menu is also good. Many dishes to choose from. The table service was also really good. Price tags are also attractive. Great Odia food, all specialized dish of orissa available here, chhenapodu, machhibhat , rasgulla etc. Little crowdy but good service and space with orissa unique flavours and craft, rooms also available but for legislative personalities only.
