Central Lodge — Hotel in Pune

We took 3 person room and I came late around 2am.in the morning for check in unfortunately I didn't carry the original id but I had passport,adhar card,pan card in my phone. receptionist didn't allow me to the hotel because of the id issue I requested him that I can give the zerox copy in the morning but he didn't agree he talked in very rude manner like he is owner of something, he was about to throw hand on me , he charged us for 3 person but didn't allow me as a 3 rd person worst experience of my life .if this hotel is in up the story would have...
