Hotel Sardar — Hotel in Pune

Hi,

I have been booking through goIbibo since last two years, and haven't faced much trouble, and even though some minor came in the way, I understood the ground reality and adjusted, just because, the hotel was accommodating, and I was considered as the guest.

Well, things and stars changed this time, for this particular Pune trip. Initially, Hotel Felt little lonely but however by looks was of Executive Tier, and by looks, I expected the same kind of professionalism with the hotel staff.

I was very wrong. First Room Service Staffs don't know Hindi Properly, forget about English. Secondly, they don't know the difference between peas pulao and Pepsi, I let it off for this petty thing, I can't be judgemental.

But, All hell went loose over 40 bucks, just because I ordered soft drink in room, didn't had cash for the payment, so asked them to take card, but they didn't accept, why, because they didn't have the card machine, I thought so, the reality was, they didn't want to accept payment on the card machine of hotel. I told them, its late night and I am tired of whole day of meeting, can't we adjust while checkout, the reply was, I don't know, you need to pay now, I asked, do you want me to go to ATM now at midnight, he said, I don't know, you need to pay now mean now, and was talked in a way, as if I am beggar, and he is giving me the mercy of sleeping over. I was actually made to go out and get cash, and if not done, was threatened otherwise.

They made realize one thing, Hotel is just not made of Goof Looking Beds, View, Executive Look, etc, it also comprises Human factor to it, which...

Worst experience ever one rickshaw told us To go there we wanted to go in hotel dreamland which was cheaper and was better than this.so when we got there he told us that 2 ac rooms in 4000₹ when we shifted our stuff to rooms and gave them 2000₹ advance then we tried to turn on ac but it didn't turned on so we asked them to turn on now they are saying you took non-ac rooms give 300₹ for each room means 600₹.the TV was not working as well plus they say WiFi hotel but in reality just one router no speed you can connect to WiFi but it does not even send one message in WhatsApp.that rickshaw took commission so we got this expensive don't go ever there they are cheaters.we gave 500₹ more for ac (in start when we got there) Specially we just wanted to spend a night we were outside all day just needed ac to sleep.we cannot even leave the hotel because they took advance. Would recommend you to go to dreamland hotel which have everything and is cheaper and better quality....

Very Pathetic Hotel to stay at pune they do not care about their customers who are staying, they cheated me with their amenities where they have written breakfast is free for getting this benefit we have to walk almost 350 meter to other hotel, not hot water available after 10:00 am, the is full of risk for your health i asked them there are mosquitoes at room they said we cant help for it refused by saying this, I asked the night in-charge who was there at reception he gave me solution to write review for same this 1 star is a very big reward for the hotel and the staff the night in-charge it self promote to write review for same on online. if personally suggest do not waste your money by sating at this hotel in stead of staying here we can spend our night at bus-stand or railway station where we do not pay anything for stay these people are just cheat...
