HOTEL DREAMLAND — Hotel in Pune

I loved this hotel. Hotel is very clean, rooms are very spacious. I was in an ac room with king size bed for 10 days. It has a decent view with a big window. And here is my experience:

Booking - I booked the room from make my trip and called hotel for confirmation, they said yes it's booked.

Pre Check-in - Good Experience, I called them to tell that my train is running late so I will do a late checkin, they said there is no issue sir.

Check-in - Awesome, I asked them to give me a king size bed and good clean room, they didn't disappoint.

Stay and service - Room service is good, they are just a call away(sometimes I had to call more than twice to remind them), they will clean your room daily if you want. I used to call them to provide drinking water almost daily, and they were happy to help. Decent Wifi is available, and they even give you proper Airtel subscribed channels. Almost all the channels are available.

Food - I ordered once, but it was good amount and taste was good too. Food served in the hotel is good. But since I wanted to explore nearby, I used to eat outside. Food delivery is also allowed. Veg or non-veg both are allowed.

Locality - Station is at walking distance, a good restaurant is just outside the hotel, there are plenty of options for food and shopping nearby. Only problem is sometimes we don't get auto from here to places like lohegaon or yerwada. But eventually patience helps.

Parking - They have a good parking place for vehicles if you have any.

Check-out - Good, they even gave me permission to keep my scooty in the parking post checkout, I took it...

I reached there at 2:00 AM at night and was attracted by its very modern looking front office (reception). On seeing no better option nearby I decided to stay there for the night, as I was to travel to Nasik the next day.||||The rooms inside are very dated with plaster peeling off and old furniture. However the rooms are very large and spacious. Overall the tariff seems high and it seems they are taking advantage of their prime location.||||The hotel is right opposite the railway station on the main road, so it is noisy due to traffic outside. Hot water was not available at night when I checked in - I was told would be available by 7 AM only.||||The front office staff did not offer any discount upon asking for a stay till late evening next day, however in the morning the manage told me that if I wanted to stay till 7 PM, then half day tariff for next day would be applicable. There are some travel agencies very close from where I booked a volvo to Nasik for next day morning.||||When I asked for Chole bhature in the breakfast at 9 AM, I was told it is not available before 12 noon, so I had to order club sandwich instead, which was delivered within 20 minutes and was OK.||||I was allowed to check out late by 1 PM, after which I kept my luggage at the reception till 4 PM after which I left for Nasik.||||The only advantage this hotel offers is the location (close to...

Dont go there. A typical station type of hotel. Not recommend to go with family. The reception guy won't listen to you and let you wait busy watching movies. We reached hotel on 25th dec 21 morning and requested him for early check in. Although it was just 4 hours before actual check in, the reception guy asked 1000 rs. We were ok to give and were waiting on sofa thinking he is preparing the room. After waiting for 30 mins we asked him then he said you need to pay 2000 now. He was such a fraud. We asked him why you didn't tell me earlier but had no response. I was with my wife there. I feel risky there and cancelled the full booking in front of him. And left for a better place.
