Ambience Very bright and welcoming, ‘Republic of Noodles’ is the part of ‘Lemon tree’ group, at the entrance only you are greeted with their classy and decent Ambience.

Mock tail :

1. Shirley Temple : Perfect and balanced combination of Orange juice, Grenadine and lime.

2)Slounge Savors : It was very refreshing Green Apple flavored mock tail. Loved it.

Soup:

1)TOM YUM GOONG : This is kind of Thai soup and being cooked with bird’s eye chilli and shrimps.

2. THAI LEMON AND CORIANDER : It's a healthy clear soup containing multiple vegetables Eg. Broccoli, baby corn etc.

Starters

1. Banana leaf Grilled Fish : Wow!! I was in love with this dish. Grilled Bass fish wrapped banana leaf with perfect combination of Balinese spices. Fish was perfectly cooked inside. Nice presentation as well. #Musttry

2)Prawns Dim sum : This is Chinese cuisine starter with Cantonese style of steamed dumpling. Medium size of prawns are cooked very well.

Note: Have it as soon as it serves on to your table. Main Course

1)Sri Lankan curry : OMG!! what a curry it was...!! Very delicious and creamy in texture.

Main highlighting part is, It was cooked in coconut milk flavor and tasty was 'could not explain in words'. (You need to try it)

2. MHAD Noodles : Perfect combination of Noodles and crunchy noodles. worth to try it.

Desert

RON SPHERE : It has chocolate sphere ball containing butterscotch flavored ice-cream with different types of cookies.

If you haven’t been to this then you have no idea what you are missing on! This place is gem for peaceful romantic dinner! Let’s come to their food we have tried Kiwi punch mocktail: Immerse yourself in the strong yet mouthwatering mocktails. The best way to refresh and blow away summer tiredness is to have this spicy,savoury mocktail which captivates you with it’s beautiful colour. In starters we have spring rolls: Crispy,crunchy and perfect in taste what else you need when you have such dishes in fromt of you. Perfect in all manner Tofu and water chestnut phad frik: They were bit oily and The oil smell ruined the taste of tofu so don’t want to comment on this! Also In the soup I had THAI coriander & vegetable soup : “The soup worth the amount” they should name the soup like this. Probably the best soup I had in my recent time! In main course we had Thai curry: To be frank I don’t like thai food much so I don’t wnat to comment on this much. If you are thai lover you should visit them as they have their specialty in this particular section! also we had Singaporean rice and schezwan noodles which were upto the mark but the only problem was with their oil they have made it bit oily! Took my wife there for an excellent, very relaxing dinner. Restaurant was not at all crowded and very quite. Service was perfect. Food was outstanding. We had dim sum to start and it was perfect. They have a lot of veg only options and a wide variety of foreign dishes. For main course we both had noodles. I had a house speciality dish, it was absolutely amazing. For dessert my wife had apple fritter and I had ice cream in a dark chocolate ball. Both were over the top good. Mine was another house speciality, but I don't remember the name.
