Worst experience I’ve ever had. They have diff rate card if you have ZOMATO coupon to apply. Who charges 1500/- for a drink ? I mean it’s not even a 5 star hotel with a luxurious experience.

Pomfret was for 4400/- for 2 small pomfret Fish finger again was 4500/- I mean such high rates???

Butter naan -350?

The service charge they had put was 8000/- Later they changed the bills service charges Saying there was a problem in the bill.

When I told to get rid of the service charges they denied initially. The owner didn’t show up to change it. Later when I told I won’t be able to pay a bill of 48000/- , Please call him & ask to make change .. they told he left already.

When I denied to pay the bill then he suddenly showed up.

Told me there’s prob in the software And corrected the bill

Which was still 45k. Really really bad.

So unprofessional I don’t know how can people dwell on this stuff.

The ambience, staff , dishes, drinks and over all presentation wasn’t enough for the price they charged me.

Highly upset. Worst experience.

I can’t put another review Else would have replied to you again. Unfortunately had to add up here.

Please put the old bill before you say that the bill was 22k.

I’ve taken ZOMATO coupon which has 40% off Else I’ had to pay around 41k

The chef comes to take the order, talks sweetly & later scam us. He doesn’t have a decency how to talk to the staff He kept yelling & shouting at the staff.

And on top of that when said the dish is salty They took away our dishes and replaced with another.

And charged us for all of it.

And also we were not 13 of us. Kindly check your CCTV & put the proof of 13 of us.

Just cause there is ZOMATO coupons we were saved Else imagine paying 41k for 11 ppl That’s around 4 k per person ? Are you kidding me ?

I’ve been to places that have zomato offers. But they don’t increase the bill amount to the sky to pay the same amount that would be without offer.

People had legit put how you say about the software glitch. That exactly happened with us.

Also check your bill again You’ve added cgst & sgst on the service charge too

Scam Alert 🚨 | First-time Experience in Pune!

Been to many great places in Pune, but this was the first time I felt completely scammed. Imagine being charged ₹569 for 100g of plain steamed rice — no frills, no flavors, just plain rice.

When I questioned the absurd pricing, they quietly refunded ₹164 and then disappeared. No explanation. No apology. No accountability.

Is this how you treat your customers?

Serving food is supposed to be a noble act — not daylight robbery. Pune folks, beware of such tactics. Check your bills carefully.

First, we did enjoy the starters; they were flavorful and well-prepared. Compliments to the kitchen team for that.

However, there were several concerns that significantly impacted our overall experience:

Lack of Pricing Transparency: The menu did not clearly display pricing for all items. As per consumer law and FSSAI regulations, it's mandatory to provide transparent pricing for every food and beverage item, including any additional charges. Charging beyond the listed price (apart from applicable taxes) without prior consent is an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act.

Charge for Drinking Water: You are legally obligated to provide clean, potable drinking water free of charge to customers. Charging for water goes against both consumer rights and food safety regulations.

Judgment Based on Appearance: It was disappointing to feel judged based on our appearance. No guest’s culinary knowledge or preferences should be assumed or dismissed on such a basis. Hospitality starts with respect—something that should be extended to every patron equally.

Swiggy/Zomato Booking Switch: Forcefully cancelling our Swiggy reservation and replacing it with a Zomato one, was inappropriate. If there were platform-specific limitations, we should have been informed transparently—not redirected unilaterally.

Defensive Response to Feedback: Constructive criticism is meant to help improve service. Being overly defensive in response to negative feedback only reflects poorly on the establishment. Courtesy, like you said, can't be taught—it must be lived.

We understand running a restaurant is demanding, but we also believe that customer experience and ethical practices cannot be compromised. In a vibrant food city like Pune, diners have countless choices. Respecting each customer and offering transparent, quality service is key to staying relevant.
