Pizza Hut | Kalyani Nagar , Pune — Restaurant in Pune

I have been ordering pizza for delivery from this outlet since 2 years as this is the only outlet that serves WADGAON SHERI location. The delivery has NEVER arrived on time. Pizzas are always delivered after an hour and are not hot many times. Spoke with the earlier manager who shared his personal number to ensure that I should inform him of any future orders so he can ensure timely delivery. The delivery problem is worse on weekends. Also, they don't follow the process to update tracking status properly. Many times the order shows delivered when it has not actually been delivered causing me to follow-up with customer care who then follow-up with the store to let me know that it is out for delivery and should reach soon. This is followed by a call from delivery person who states that he is stuck with previous deliveries and will come soon. The store also does not respect the 30 minutes delivery promise of PizzaHut though it is mentioned on PizzaHut website's FAQ.

My son likes PizzaGut over the other options and hence I am forced to keep ordering from this pathetically managed outlet. Hope the owner and PizzaHut management takes action based on this feedback to improve the store operations.

All the staff members were inside the kitchen gossiping and we had to wait for them. After handing over the menu the lady just disappeared and we were wondering that if we will be served or not. I had to wave my hand through the glass of the door several times to place my order.

The pizza quality has gone down the cheese was like just for the name sake it seemed. I had placed a combo order in which 7up was out of stock which I wanted though I had settled as per the availability. Anyways thanks to the herbs and chilli flakes on the table that restored my mood. The cheese that was used was not the actual that was used before the lockdown.

I had been to this place several times before but my experience this time was really disappointed.

Hope this feedback will be worked upon and the things will be put in place.

The most pathetic Pizza Hut outlet ever visited. The place had just 5 or 6 tables of customer, still the order was taken after 20 mins of constant request of taking the order. During taking the order we were promissed they will take some extra time, so we will be served in 45 mins, we agreed, but the cheese garlic bread came in 35 mins and we were expecting the pizza to come in 45 mins as promissed but nothing in 60 mins and on calling them up i was told sorry sir give us 10 mins. Then comes the pizza, but i was shocked it was a reheated pizza with burnt onion and smell of burnt cheese. On shouting on them, they replaced the veg pizza, we could not wait for both to be replaced as we had to rush to office after lunch.
