While Eat Sure at Balewadi High Street offers a variety of options, I found the cleanliness of the dining area lacking. The washrooms are well-maintained, but the floors in the dining space were dirty, with visible food spills. Additionally, tables were not clean even at 11 AM, raising concerns about the consistency of their hygiene practices.

In terms of the menu, less than 2% consists of non-fried items, which is disappointing given the emphasis on healthy eating these days. Most of the offerings are high in fructose, sugar, and unhealthy fats, making it a less desirable choice for those looking for nutritious meals.

A little more attention to cleanliness and healthier options would go a long way in improving the dining...

I am, No I will say I was, a regular customer of ovenstory. We stopped eating all other pizzas. We used to order only ovenstory. But the recent experience was horrible. In my first order of 3 pizzas, the food wasn't delivered at all whereas the status was showing as delivered. No customer support. Finally I found a number of Faasos on internet and called their customer support, meant for eatsure and thus ovenstory. The customer support helped in smre-punching the order.

Then comes a utter surprise. We received few pizzas which we not even ordered. No cheese. Very worst quality pizzas.

Now how long shall I fight. It's 10:45 pm. Ladke bhi kya milege.

I've looked at this place numerous times from the outside and saw that its like a mini food court serving many things from pizzas to biryani to coffee to cupcakes. I heard pretty lukewarm opinions about the Wendy's burgers till I eventually decided to go there and have a look for myself. The place was relatively empty with 1 or 2 tables occupied which was peaceful. I was informed I have to order through the kiosk which was a relief for me. I ended up having a hearty meal of a Paneer Chimichurri burger from Wendy's and Corn and Jalapeño pizza from Ovenstory. I would say it was a good experience with the ordering, decent waiting times, good taste, not so value for money but its worth a try anyway. The place is also kept spic and span...
