Sai Palace Hotel — Hotel in Pune

Very bad experience. Don't recommend anyone to stay here. First of all, the lift wasn't working in this hotel, and the first room they gave us was very bad, like everything was broken, fan wasn't working, AC remote wasn't there. The second room was better, but then they charged us extra for it even when it wasn't our fault in changing rooms. We also were given our room at the top floor, so every time we had to climb up and down the stairs as lift wasn't working. During check-out, we even had bring down the luggage by ourselves. The service was very bad. The first 3 days, they didn't clean our room. And after requesting again and again, they cleaned our room on 4th day. Wifi also wasn't working properly at the top floor. And they don't provide any amenities which they have mentioned online. The room service was also very bad. After asking for water bottle, they came after 2-3 hours. And the staff became too personal with us since we were girls. I didn't like that one bit. The environment of the hotel also wasn't good. Location of the hotel was fine. Another negative thing about the hotel was its owner who was very rude and arrogant. He argued with us about money and even rudely told us to leave the hotel, if we didn't like it, even when we had already paid half price of the stay. It was one of my worst hotel experiences and I don't recommend anyone...

Booked 1 room on 17th jan through a online portal. Although guaranteed room was promised, the room was not ready when I checked in at 9pm (yes yes 9 PM not AM)|At 9pm when I entered hotel ,reception guy was busy checking out a group and asked me to wait. After 15mins he called me and informed that rooms are not ready. He suggested me to get freshen up in an extra room (may be kept for hotel staff). But the helper couldn't open this room as keys were not matching and later I was asked to move to 106.|106 was yet to be cleaned and was stinking as someone had used it earlier.|Later the staff cleaned the room but it was almost 945 by the time I got room.|Room fan was working at speed 5 only and at other speeds it was switching off. |No complimentary water was provided.|Breakfast was average with no options (although I wasn't expecting variety). Rooms are just average.|There are many good hotels in this area so pls avoid...

This trip couldn't be more disappointed, i stayed at this hotel (Sai Palace) for like 30 mins and checked out immediately after the absurd behaviour of co- owner and the receptionist Shantanu. They were even abusing and harrassing us. I called the police and reported the violence in nearby police station immediately. The Police was very helpful and took the action against them on spot. And even Goibibo reported the violence and took the request to take the strict action against the hotel (Sai Palace). Kindly take your time to choose good hotel and Don't waste your valuable money like i did. For more details you can even ask me questions here! And i even recorded the violence on video! Anyway this is the worst hotel and the staff that I've ever in countered ever. #saihotelpune...
