One of the best Pav Bhaji s I have ever had in my life. Food: No doubt the food quality is amazing. First bite and you will understand why it is so famous. Quantity was also very good. The breads were little small though. But it is now quite common everywhere. They don't really have much variety when it comes to their menu.
Rate: The rates are quite on the expensive side, specially if you compare with other restaurants which are having better ambience. But I give it to them for the taste, quality, and quantity they are offering at this price.
Service: You need to book your table by sending a SMS. On weekends since it is very busy, it might take time. You can expect it to be somewhere around half to one hour to wait if you book little late at night. But once you get the table you don't really have to wait a lot. As there is not much on the menu, you would get your order pretty quickly. So overall service was good.
Ambience: The ambience is where they need to improve a lot. It felt as if we were eating at a chaupati. Apparently it was a simple yet little congested arrangement in a compound/parking of an apartment. But I, personally would always prefer quality and taste over ambience. So I would suggest it to anyone with same priorities. But if you want to hang out with your friends or want to go out on a date or want to eat on a get together then I don't think this is...
Read moreSupreme is loved by many people. But this restaurant has always treated its patrons like bees. Forget proper chairs or a running basin to wash hands, this place doesn't even have a proper roof! This is complacency and arrogance to another level. On a normal day, this place is packed by poorly trained waiters serving angry customers who are appalled by the management's lackadaisical responses to their needs. I personally have been going to Supreme since I was a little girl and my family has been the most loyal patrons of this restaurant since decades. But each time I leave this place, I feel disgusted and cheated. When I visited, it was raining and people who were waiting outside were swarming in the makeshift roof to save themselves from the rain . There was almost a mob like situation inside. On my way out, I slipped down on the little slope that became dangerous in the rain. I wonder what would have happened had I taken my father there with me. If you ask me, it's about time for this place to get a rude shock that shakes the blissful stupor it has been in for soooo Many years. I am obliged to request the owners to look up from the cash register and manage the customer experience more...
Read moreHave been to this place multiple times in past but we have stopped going here due to the horrendous waiting time. Finally went here once again as my cousin was in town and I wanted to take her somewhere famous in Pune.
We booked a table at 8.15 P.M. and got a seat at 10 P.M. Yes, almost 2 hours of waiting. This is what I was talking about. The only reason we waited for so long was because we weren't too hungry so didn't really mind waiting. We ordered 2 pav bhajis and 1 large pizza between 3 people. The pav bhaji was as usual really good. The taste is maintained since year. The pizza surprisingly was huge disappointment this time. As soon as we started eating it, it was so oily that it started hitting our throats. We literally got a sore throat after that. The pizza quality was just very bad.My rating is less just because of the waiting time and the quality of pizza. We paid Rs.500 for a meal for 3 people which was pretty good pocket wise.Definitely won't be going for the Pizza next time. Might take a take home for pav bhaji though sometime ( not interested in waiting for hours and hours just for a plate...
