Hotel Premier — Hotel in Punjab

I am short of words to define my level of disappointment which I experienced with this hotel.. To be precise and honest, I was fooled by the positive reviews which were mentioned over Trivago, GoIbibo , MMT... Looks like they have there own back-end marketing team who do publish these kind of over hyped positive reviews.. Here are the list of issues which I encountered

1. No welcome drink were offered at the time of check in (Not even a glass of water) and when we asked for the same, the manager sitting at the reception simply denied in arrogant manner
2. Hotel/Room does not match the description on website... Rooms were allotted to us in unhygienic condition.. Bed sheets and Pillow cover were in a filthy state..
3. Toilets WC were in pathetic condition .. It resembled like a Sulabh Toilet which are not cleaned since ages...
4. Water clogging issues in the shower area.
5. One of the closet lock was damaged and other room closet key was missing.
6. Limited breakfast menu .. Only thing which was available was Aloo paratha (Quantity limited to 2 only per person), butter toast and tea.
7. Hell lot of cleanliness/ hygine issue even in the breakfast area so we end up having the same inside our room.
8. There were no poly-bags in the dustbins.
9. Entire lobby was full of running water.
10. We booked 2 rooms for 5 pax but no extra bed was offered for one room where 3 pax accommodated.. They provided us one extra mattress over the floor when we requested them thrice.. The quality of the matters was like we are laying over the floor (It was too hard!!)
11. No proper parking space and if it is raining the road will have a complete water clogging and you will end up in making your shoes wet if you need to enter into your car.

Just to summarize the complete review.. This hotel is being run by bunch of stupid who do not even know the meaning of hospitality specially the one who is sitting at the front-desk.. I think his name was Rohit Kumar.. He is quite arrogant and having rude behavior towards the client.. Please do not book this hotel at any cost and it is my humble request to hotel staff that please maintain some dignity and stop making fool of people who are booking...

I was here for 1 night ,In 1 night I had to change 3 rooms every room had more problems than other eventually I had to settle in 3rd room because it was late at 12:45am they settled me into the third room which also had problems I needed sleep at that so I choose to settle up ,when you ask them for something I had to make at least three calls or sometimes I had to go to the reception and tell them what I needed or what the problem is and at least they take is 40 minutes to reach your room this was the worst ever experience of me staying at a hotel , never ever any hotel had these much problems and there's no parking of the hotel's but the hotel mentions there's parking in their online booking portal , I have never written bad reviews of any places before this please go somewhere else and save...

A Very Good economic hotel. Located in city area. Nearby at walking distance, grocery shops, restaurants & big market is there. Golden temple is at 15 min distance by car. Service is good. Lift is available. No any other amenities. Hotel premises & Rooms are clean. Room interior is good. No balcony or window in any room. Absolutely No view. Parking is available directly on congested road in front of hotel. Overall, recommended hotel for quality...
