Hotel Jasmer Haveli - Boutique Luxury Stay in Jaisalmer — Hotel in Rajasthan

I had stayed by far in 4 different hotels in Rajasthan in this trip and this is by far the worst I had seen worse rooms through the way and yet those hotel’s services and hospitality topped it off. But in Jasmer, all they have done is provided clean and comparatively aesthetic rooms- DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING MORE THAN THAT. NO service No hospitality No facilities

We booked a triple seater room, and then asked for the mattress - we were told to use the window side sitting area to sleep for the third person. When we insisted, they just brought the same mattress (5’x 2’), for the third person to sleep, which was hardly 4 inches tall, for such a cold night in december.

The parking sucks, just few empty plots nearby which is shared amongst all the nearby hotels, park at your own risk and availability.

Food is average, overpriced, breakfast won’t be on time. We waited till 8:45 for complete breakfast got late for our trip further- thanks to them (we were told 7:30-8 am as breakfast start time) Please do not visit if you are expecting a hotel treatment. If you are backpacking- then this is good to spend a night, but only if you are ready to shell off your pockets. Staff is impolite, non accommodating and super lazy.
