Upon my Jaisalmer trip recently around Diwali. Pakwan Restaurant became the saviour for our appetite. We wanted homely Satvik food to balance out from constant eating outside food. We made best decision and tried their Rajasthani & Gujarati Thali on the first day. With lots of heat one afternoon with our hungry stomach we reached and they have prepared freshly cooked Thali for us. It was not just authentic in taste but also one could feel the aroma of all different dishes they’ve cooked. I loved the Ker Sangri, Gutta Curry & Kadhi Pakora. Wheat Rotis were also homely and with Desi Ghee spread on it. Fresh salad & the buttermilk with Roasted jeera added to the flavour.

Simply delicious. Also find good smile on the attendant face made us satisfied to the core. I went to try there after seeing to many reviews and you will not regret. Just outstanding.
