Upon checking in at the reception, I encountered an issue regarding the laundry service. Despite the fact that the laundry service was clearly stated to be included in my package, the reception person insisted on charging me separately for it. Moreover, I found the demeanor of the reception person to be somewhat rude during our interaction.
As a guest, it is essential to have a seamless and pleasant check-in process, and any misunderstandings or discrepancies should be handled with utmost professionalism and courtesy. However, the reception person's insistence on charging me for a service that should have been included, combined with their demeanor, left me feeling somewhat dissatisfied.
I believe that such incidents can have a significant impact on a guest's overall impression of the hotel and the level of service provided. It is crucial for the staff to be well-informed about the details and inclusions of each guest's package, and to handle any discrepancies or misunderstandings in a courteous and empathetic manner.
I want to emphasize that aside from this particular incident, my stay at Hotel Raj Kuber was comfortable, and the other staff members I encountered were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were satisfactory.

While the breakfast buffet could use a bit of tweaking, it's a minor quibble in an otherwise flawless experience. The comfort and warmth of the staff more than make up for it.
