I visited this place for the first time so as to celebrate my brotherâs birthday and hoping we would have a good time. But the entire experience was quite a sour one. We ordered some starters which included a chicken pizza but upon receiving the order the pizza was instead a paneer one. Sometimes there might be some mistakes so we told the waiter to change it. Then when we ordered for the main course, we kept on waiting for 45-50+ mins. We told the waiter if it was not possible for them to arrange for the food, then to kindly cancel the order and bring us our bill so that we could be on our way but he just kept saying time and again, âWe are plating your order onlyâ from I donât know how long. Then when the food eventually came, we saw that again the food was veg even though we ordered non-veg. First of all, wait for almost an hour and then get a wrong order. The waiter just denied both the times by saying we ordered veg and he was right. But when we told him to tally the order, he came to his senses and agreed to his fault. Then we decided to talk to the kitchen incharge, but he instead argued that we ordered just 20 minutes ago. We are not fools that we would complain for an order if it would have in real taken 20 mins or even 25 mins to be served but actually it was 45-50 mins. The kitchen incharge was not ready to listen to us and he kept on trying to prove himself right. We were quite angry by then and decided to pay the bill and leave as it was quite late and we could not wait for another hour for a main course. It was surprising to see that the general manager did not even have the courtesy to apologise for the situation. He kept on sitting calmly as if though nothing had happened and it was not a big deal. Even the security guard was weird. First he told us to park the vehicles in one place and after we parked and were about to enter the restaurant, he told us to come again and park again in some other place. We went to this so-called premium restaurant/lounge to celebrate a birthday â expecting at least decent service in return for the âš10,000+ bill for just two people. What we got instead? Zero courtesy. Zero flexibility. Zero value.
Letâs talk facts: ⢠At 12:45 AM, just 15 minutes past their closing time, we politely asked for one final drink. Not a discount. Not special treatment. Just one more order. ⢠The staff bluntly refused, didnât care that we had spent a bomb already or that it was a celebration. ⢠There was no warmth, no basic manners, and definitely no sense of hospitality â all of which should be fundamental for any place claiming to be upscale. ⢠After spending âš10K on subpar food and average drinks, getting dismissed like that felt like an absolute insult.
The entire approach was cold, robotic, and completely lacking any emotional intelligence. The management clearly doesnât understand the first thing about customer experience or how to handle a premium clientele.
This is NOT how guests should be treated â especially when youâre charging premium prices. A great location means nothing when the service is pathetic, staff is rude, and the vibe is so off-putting.

We recently celebrated a close friendâs birthday at this much-hyped premium venue. While the ambiance and location were undeniably picturesque, everything else was shockingly underwhelming â especially considering we spent nearly âš10,000 for just two people.
Despite being courteous guests and not requesting any discounts, we were met with an apathetic and rigid staff attitude. At 12:45 AM â merely 15 minutes past closure â we requested just one final drink to wrap up the celebration. Given the amount we spent and the occasion we were celebrating, one would expect a little hospitality and flexibility. Instead, the staff bluntly refused and turned us down, showcasing a complete lack of warmth or understanding.
The customer service was pathetic, the approach was mechanical, and the compliance to hospitality standards was deeply disappointing. For a place that claims to offer a premium experience, this was far from it. No empathy, no basic courtesy, and absolutely no value for customer loyalty or experience.
