We had 15 minutes waiting time, post which we finally sat on the table. Everything was fine, the ambience, the view from the restaurant. Everything were top class, but things started to go against our expectations when we placed the order and asked for water to be served. We received the water bottles of vedika and Kinley at ₹60 and ₹20, respectively. They did not even have regular water and didn’t even care to serve us glasses. Do you think we as a family of 17 could afford to drink 17 bottles of water, each costing around ₹60? I asked around 4 waiters to bring me glasses, but still no glasses were sent to our table. then I looked at my watch and the time was around 10:45. So you can imagine 30 minutes and still no water. Then, after receiving the glasses, the food was still not served, and we had placed the order of the food prior to asking for the glasses for the first time. When the food was received, everything we ordered for was served, except for Gatte ki Sabzi. One of the family members with us has a serious migraine problem and after not receiving food for 30 minutes, the symptoms of headache started to emerge. We asked 2 waiters to bring us our order still no response. Then finally he had to get up and go back to the hotel room to take his medicines. Finally, when the gatte ki sabzi was received, the waiter told us that he had forgotten to serve the Gatte ki sabzi, which had already been received from the kitchen. Now the final bill we received amounted to ₹3864. Now, dear readers, it is for you to decide for this kind of service, do you think ₹3864 is apt.
