Sargam Sadan — Hotel in Rajasthan

People keep asking me for a place that they can visit in the Old city for a good view, food & not too much trouble of parking, especially for cars. The place I'm about to mention has been my favorite for the past 10 years. Sargam Sadan which is located outside Brahmpole just behind the masjid is a hotel which has a restaurant on 2 floors one with covered seating & another one on the rooftop with a beautiful & mesmerizing view of the city.

The place offers both Veg & Non. Veg food. They serve a variety of food options including snacks, fast food, Chinese & Indian main course food. We ordered-

Chana Chaat Spider Roll Kadai Paneer Dal Makhani Garlic Naan

Everything in the food was delicious with no problems in any dishes. The stars had to be their main course dishes which were Kadai Paneer & Dal Makhani. Kadai Paneer was very soft & the taste was a little high on the spice side just the way I like & Dal Makhani had a thick Creamy consistency which was really good.

Overall this place is a must visit for people looking for lake view places with good food, less crowded from foreign tourists as it is unexplored. The service was fast but we were there early as well. The quantity & quality of the food was good. The staff was polite & the owner suggested the paneer dish which turned out to be good so he knew what was happening in the kitchen.

It's one of those places I failed to find anything that was not up to the mark but as I'm a regular customer I might've overlooked if there were any.

Total Bill came to INR 1155 which also had cold drinks & taxes...

Sargam Sadan Hotel left me with mixed feelings during my recent stay. The hotel has its strengths, but there are notable downsides that cannot be ignored.

On the positive side, the hotel's food was truly delightful. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with a range of delicious dishes that satisfied my taste buds. The staff members were also friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

However, one significant drawback was the lack of proper parking facilities. This inconvenience made it challenging to find a safe spot for my vehicle, and it added unnecessary stress to my stay. Additionally, the proximity of the hotel to a public toilet and cemetery was highly off-putting. The somber ambiance of the cemetery dampened the overall experience.

While Sargam Sadan Hotel has its merits, the issues with parking and its unfortunate location next to the public facilities and cemetery are major cons that overshadowed the positives. If the hotel addresses these concerns, it could greatly improve the overall experience for its guests. Until then, I would hesitate to recommend it to others, especially if they value convenience and a pleasant environment...

Not even feel.like giving one star also... No Hot water at all also the showers are not working well. WE TOTALLY REGRET BOOKING THIS HOTEL....WASTED OUR MONEY....we booked for happy new year 2024 The service is also not good asking for hot water for bath.....still no one giving Rate Prizes of this hotel is too high...that too we have booked suite.... We are bikes our full trip till now we visited 5 hotels and all were awesome this one is Worst.....if you feel like booking please check for hot water and showers are working properly....

I will personally won't come to this Hotel again ever and not even suggest to book....as I myself is not at all happy after paying such high amount and you don't even get services as cheaper hotels get....
