Agarwal Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Worst place to live here in Vellore. If you're going for checkup in CMC Vellore then please don't stay here.The place is really unhygienic with poorly maintained smelly washroom, there is no ventilation in rooms as the net is blocked because of dust.If you're claustrophobic then this place is a big NOOO for you as you'll be suffocated and at that time you'll not have anyone to help you with it.For your own safety please don't stay here because at the time of check-in they take extra payment in advance and if you face any difficulty while the stay and decide to change the place then this lodge will not return the extra money they took.

Congested building stuffed with patients only and you'll get headache after seeing such negative environment there.

You're going for treatment in CMC Vellore so i would recommend not to stay nearby the hospital and especially here in AGARWAL RESIDENCY because though it will be easy for you to reach hospital but autos are also available if you stay 2-3 km away and you never know who has got which illness and it can surely be transmissible so stay alert guys.It is better to expend 10-20 rupees extra for auto than getting transmissible diseases while staying at this place.

No maintenance, just very rude staff behaviour… and this Stay was so much full of bed bugs everywhere. It was so scary to just sleep peacefully. Yes rooms are spacious but these bugs will just cause all kinds of troubles. And when you complain this to the manager they will argue with you that you have brought in the bugs from other PG or hotels. Just another garbage place to stay. And yes their cleaning staff is also the worst, they won’t clean properly and when you leave the place they would demand you money and if you don’t pay them they start to abuse in their local language. The management is just keen on earning money and they don’t fix these basic issues in a stay. People come from far off places and they are just money mongers. I would have given them negative rating if that...

Very bad rooms. All AC rooms are full of bed bugs. We stayed on room number 401 but it was full of bed bugs and cockroachs. After 1 night stay we complained and they changed room to 412, and it was horrible to stay . Washrooms were not cleaned, bed bugs were roaming upon the beds. We did a complaint to the owner, but his behaviour was soo rude and the cleaning made was shouting on us. There was no room service facilities. They were charging Rs.1000/- per night, with out any basic hygiene, not even bed sheets were available untill you took it from booking room. Mostly it was occupied by patients family. They don't have any other choice to stay and these people are just taking an advantage.
