The hotel is situated at brough road which is heart of the town in erode. Very good interms of connectivity. Lot of retail outlets like trends, planet fashion, otto, metro, woodlands have their presence just when you step out of the hotel. Overall dont have to worry for shopping items like footwear, clothings and apparels.
Hotel rooms are well maintained. However i have encountered lot of teething issues during my stay. Following are those. Though the hotel has dedicated basement parking space, there is no guarantee that all the visitors will find a slot to park the car. Especially when the rooms are in demand during muhurtham days. First come first serve basis. Also challenges when you move out and come back. Slots are occupied most of the times and we are forced to park outside hotel in mainroad which possesses high risk. Management have to have some plan for this. Room service requires improvement. Turn around time is high and surprisingly there is a huge delay of 45 mins to have a cup of coffee. However, food tastes good though little expensive. Only northindian and chinese items were available for evening snacks which is quite disappointing. No southindian evening snacks. 3.some confusions while visiting the pantry to have complimentary breakfast. One has to take the extreme other entry lift to reach the pantry. First time visitors will have real problems and no communication was made clearly. Very difficult especially for elders with walking disabilities. Some one has to guide the visitors or atleast a wall poster should indicate the way. Bathroom doors are difficult to operate .one really requires good muscle strength to push and lock the door. Should be made simple and user friendly. Autolever is very tight and hence difficult to operate. Though the airconditioning effect is awesome inside the room, some of the rooms doesnt have celing fans. Room service and reception telephone numbers went unanswered many times and i was in compulsion to come down often which is not feasible everytime. As the hotel has attached Bar, heavy cigaratee smell eminating around the area. This was very disturbing at times.Hotel management needs to work on this effectively.

Read moreVery worst customer service. When I checked in, I said I would be staying for 2 days and if needed I would extend my stay. But to my utter shock, they kept asking me as when I would check out. They did not respond when I reminded them about informing that I might extend my stay for another day. Actually I visit Erode every month and each time I would stay only at Radha Prasad. But they were very concerned about a bulk booking and hence very very particular about when I would vacate. Their behaviour made me feel as if I was staying free of cost and that they were waiting to chuck me out. Above all the SO-CALLED MANAGER was very "excellent" in guest care & service. When he called me to ask when I would vacate, I was expressing my disappointment at their attitude, and he abruptly disconnected my call which is the most insulting response anyone can get. Hence after this I did not want to stay in that hotel even for a minute and hence vacated immediately. When, during my check-out I said in a upset tone that the guest care is very wonderful by indirectly firing me to vacate and his abrupt attitude of disconnecting my call, I was responded sarcastically with a 'thankyou'. If they are concerned with only CERTAIN GUESTS and not treating everyone equally and above all without proper respect, then hell with them. If a regular guest, that too a female is being treated this way, then God only should help guests who check-in, that too in particular who check-in...
