I regret to say that my recent stay at super oyo Royal residency was nothing short of a horrific experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, it was clear that cleanliness and basic amenities were not a priority. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for any unsuspecting travelers considering this establishment.

To start with, the room I was assigned to was a true embodiment of filth. The grimy floors, stained walls, and a nauseating odor left me questioning whether the room had ever seen the light of a cleaning staff. The bathroom was an abomination in itself, with unmentionable stains and a distinct lack of hygiene. It was evident that proper sanitization and maintenance were completely overlooked.

The bed sheets were no better, seemingly untouched by the concept of cleanliness. I cringed at the thought of resting on such soiled linens, questioning the last time they were laundered or even inspected. The lack of attention to such a basic necessity is truly inexcusable for any accommodation...

Please 🙏 i request to all not to checkin in this hotel... Very very bad residency. #OYO should check the hotel before updating in anything in there apps they said they have AC, Geyser, TV, FOOD (Breakfast), Safe Parking, Free Wifi, these all services are bulshit. No one received this service in this hotel when I stayed there, everyone was complaining at reception, even Towel, soap, shampoo nothing is there... Even ceiling fan is also not working... When i ordered my food through zomato I came out to pickup the food What i smell in total walking area was with alcohol smell and #OYO ur are telling that Couples are welcome... Bulshit hotel... If I have to give point out of 5 i will give them -5... Rooms were totally bad, bathroom door broken, toilet 🚽 not good no shower 🚿, really I was waiting for morning 🌄... I tell you i have checkout at early morning 5:30 am.... After i complaint to OYO the receptionist received call hotel owner also received a call from OYO but still they did not resolve...

It was a very horrible stay at Royal Residency. First thing you will be charged extra while your check in whereas if you don't pay your stay will be denied. there is no lift but rooms are located in 2 nd & 3rd floor. AC will not work, While your booking you will be mentikned that there is complimentary breakfast available but they don't have that facility so you will not provided. If you raise a compliance to the hotel I'm sure your time will be wasted that there will be no solution for that. Even if you raise a complaint towards our booking app you can get a simple text that "Sorry for the inconvenient caused". its not suit for family stay. somehow i had managed as i travel single. Better please kindly avoid this hotel. Strictly not recommended...
