My recent stay at the Lemongrass Hotel (Fab Hotels) proved to be exceptionally disappointing. As a guest, I had anticipated receiving the amenities that were showcased, only to find that they were severely lacking. I arrived for check-in on August 18th at 8:45 a.m., having paid an additional 500 rupees for an early check-in. Consequently, my total payment amounted to 7300 rupees for a three-day stay.
My concerns began on the very first day of my stay when I discovered that the Wi-Fi service was non-functional, the television set was out of order, and the blanket sheet provided had an unsightly hole. This initial experience set a discouraging tone for my stay. The following day, I was relocated to a different room. While the Wi-Fi issue was eventually addressed, the television continued to remain inoperable. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when a leakage from the bathroom ceiling became apparent (evident in the attached video). This distressing occurrence prompted to opt for an alternative accommodation, seeking refuge at a friend's residence due to safety concerns.
This unfortunate series of events left me perplexed and frustrated. Having paid the full amount in advance, I had expected a comfortable and hassle-free stay. It is disheartening to question why these setbacks occurred and why I was subjected to such inconveniences despite my earnest effort to enjoy a pleasant stay at your establishment. My expectation was simple - to receive the services that were promised in exchange for my payment. I find it regrettable that this experience has not only tainted my perception of the Lemongrass Hotel but has also raised questions about the standards of service provided.
I sincerely hope that you take these concerns seriously and address them promptly. It is my earnest desire that other guests do not have to endure similar challenges...

Location is good specially if one is looking nearby BHU. Assi Ghat is at a walkable distance. Good market accessibility.
Room conditions is okay not very good. Due to water leakage issue in the AC and all lights not working in the allotted room, the staff changed the room upon request but exhaust wasn't working there as well, so had to manage with it. Rooms need renovation.
Service is good. Room service was quick and hotel executives were accessible over call. However, no telecom service in the rooms and is suggested.
Food quality is not at all good and needs lot of improvement.

Make sure you take your carpenter, plumber and your electrician along. The rooms are in bad shape. Micro sized (max 10ftx10ft) and all in neglected state. Cupboards are broken. Shower is broken. Fan regulator is not working. In one room AC was Tripping after every 10 mins and the fan was making noise like a diesel motor. No exhaust fan in one bathroom. Only one dingy light. Highly unclean rooms with cobwebs in abundance and big Mosquitoes on all the walls. Maybe the owners have forgotten about this hotel after making it.
The experience in this hotel was equally opposite to the lovely one that we had in Jalandhar.
