Absolutely Terrible Experience - AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS
I stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Here's why:
False Advertising: The pictures shown during booking were completely different from the actual room. The room I was given was small, dingy, and NOTHING like the photos. When I pointed this out to the hotel representative, Milind, his response was both absurd and insulting: "Sir, just click the photo with zoom-out on your camera; the room will look bigger." Are you serious? This is outright deceitful!
Terrible Cleanliness: Despite requesting multiple times, they didnât bother cleaning the room. Basic hygiene was ignored, which is unacceptable.
Overpriced Shoebox: For the price they charge, the room size was ridiculously small. It felt like I paid premium rates for a substandard experience.
Pathetic Service: I ordered food, and they immediately demanded payment upfront, which was fine, but once they got their money, they didnât care about my requests. They didnât even provide basic cutlery â something every hotel should have by default.
Unprofessional Staff: The audacity of the staff, especially Milind, was shocking. Instead of addressing the issue, he chose to dismiss my concerns with lame excuses.
The only positive about this hotel is the location, but that alone canât make up for the horrible experience.

As shown in the videos, there were rats inside the hotel â one was roaming on the bed and had defecated under the pillows. I even encountered a rat in the bathroom while using the toilet in Room 412.
After complaining, I was shifted to Room 512, where I found a dead baby lizard on the bathroom floor. In this new room, I discovered that part of the tap was broken, preventing use of the ceiling-mounted shower.
There were frequent power outages, making the stay uncomfortable. I couldnât sleep because the fan, although running at high speed, wasnât providing any airflow.
On top of all this, the hotel requires immediate payment upon food delivery to the room, instead of allowing payment during checkout â which is highly inconvenient. Despite paying âš3000 per night, even basic necessities like extra water bottles are charged separately at âš20 each.
To make matters worse, everyone at the reception claimed to be a manager, yet no one was willing to take responsibility for these issues.

The hotel is situated near the chowk. Lift facility is available to all floors.Rooms are small, but sufficient to accomodate 2 adults and 1 kid max. For 2 kids, an extra mattress was arranged by the management for a small amount. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are decent. AC and Wifi are available. Staff is awesome, manager is very good - he gave us a lot of advice on visiting the places in Kashi.
Best part - a good restaurant is available on 1st floor. For families looking for a decent dine-in experience and good quality food, this restaurant is an awesome place.
