Hotel HVH Kashi Vishwanath — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Room was booked months in advance for 4 day stay and they booked us short, wifi never worked, elevator was not working for 3/4 days so my grandmother had to climb 3 floors on stairs. She’s due for a knee replacement surgery.

We switched 4 rooms because of AC problems, or because of leaky ceiling. one room had leaking walls that soaked our bags and clothes.

All bed sheets were damp and smelled of mustard oil, pillow smelled horrible and caused pimples. When we noticed stained sheets we asked for a replacement, they lied about changing them and just straightened the same ones out.

They never replaced toiletries until badgered repeatedly. I had to request an extra bed multiple times although the booking receipt clearly stated it was triple occupancy.

The staff kept lying about the issues that needed to be addressed and overall the experience was horrible. They even charged us full price with no compensation for any of the discomfort caused, no other hotels were available in the area.

Manager was contacted when we saw him in the lobby and he laughed off all the complaints we had. I’ve attached...

I am stayed in February 26th one day booking hotel near kashi temple I got room alloted 306 in 3rd floor pathetic room fungus all over wall and ceiling, repaint or maintenance not done .my booking was happened through booking .com they also cheated 2 room 23 k odd payment and no controlled by hotel management .actual HVH charge 6.5 k pls gst or less per day

Breakfast so pethatics ,service team don't know to handle room coustomer All item spillover and kitchen is so ugly We ate only papay cuting and 2 to 3 poori then we left that rooms ( feel un professional aproch ) We went for dinner and waiter is not ready to attend we request the water he is not bothered to give them my boy went reception and bring bottel and drink 🤔 imagin. Order food is good served very late we also mentioned them how you guys give service coustomer.

Reception only have good aproch other no use and after 11 pm service call no one attend . Please see...

Horrible experience, I checked-in at around 7.00 am in the morning and went out for darshan at 12.15 pm and returned back to the hotel at 4.30pm - 4.45pm. There was cash around ₹5000 - ₹6000 in my bag and the money was stolen. When I approached the reception for the same complaint they denied in the beginning but later when I called the cops they agreed to check the CCTV surveillance & found out 3 of their housekeeping attendants had entered together in the room ( 2 female & 1 male ) between 3.18pm to 3.30pm as time mentioned in the CCTV surveillance. The Receptionist told us they went to clean the room, Whereas cleaning isn't done on the same day of guest check-in . It can only be done on guest requests. Pls be careful while staying...
