I have ordered cake through it crossing branch or hazratganj branch or chowk branch before...first time I tried to order cake at branch which is near civil hospital...I purchased two cakes on 12-03-2020 one for take away same time and one for next day and paid the advance payment and they promised to give fresh cake at 12;00 pm next day...but the next day when some one go there to collect cake they give us the same cake which was in the show case a day before...When I received the cake I saw the same melted spot on side which was on that cake...I have both photos...I was so disappointed..at that point we are not in the situation to return the cake because our friends were waiting for cake cutting...cake was not fresh we could not finish it...when we complained they said they have send it by mistake..send the cake we will replace it...It was so disgusting...they didn't provide the compensation of it..we faced terrible experience at...

I’m honestly speechless. This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had — and I don’t say that lightly. The desserts were a complete disaster (barely 2/10), the footlongs — except the paneer tikka — were absolutely disappointing (1.8/10 at best), and the muffins were shockingly below average.

But the biggest letdown? The baklava. It tasted like a bad joke — a 1/10 is generous.

For a bill of ₹720, this was absolutely NOT worth the money. I genuinely feel robbed of both my money and my appetite.

Very pathetic behaviour of the staff. I went there with my friend and had patties, grilled sandwich and pineapple pastry. I asked them was the item fresh(before placing the order) and they said they won't charge if we won't like the taste. Ok so the sandwich and patties was good at taste but the pastry was horrible tasted like a rotten spunge. As soon as I took the single bite, I complained them about it not being fresh and they started arguing with us in quite a bad language plus charged full cost of it. I left the full without eating it. Very bad service, neither me not my friends are going again at such a disgusting...
