A Disastrous Experience at Blue River Rishikesh - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Blue River Rishikesh, and it was undoubtedly one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. From the moment I stepped foot inside this establishment, I was greeted with incompetence and negligence at every turn. Here's a detailed account of my horrific stay:

Filthy Rooms: The rooms at Blue River Rishikesh were disgustingly dirty and poorly maintained. The bedsheets and pillows were stained and had a strong odor. The bathroom was infested with mold, and the towels provided were threadbare and unhygienic. Pathetic Service: The staff at this hotel seemed to have no concept of customer service. They were rude, unresponsive, and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Requests for basic amenities went ignored, and when approached with complaints, the staff showed no interest in resolving them.

Terrible Food: The on-site restaurant at Blue River Rishikesh served some of the most unpalatable food I have ever tasted. The dishes were cold, bland, and clearly prepared without any regard for quality or taste. Even the simplest of orders were messed up, and when I voiced my dissatisfaction, I was met with indifference.

Noisy Environment: If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet stay, Blue River Rishikesh is definitely not the place for you. The hotel seemed to be a hub for unruly guests who had no respect for others. Loud parties, music, and constant disturbances persisted throughout the night, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. False Advertising: The hotel's website and promotional materials boast about luxurious amenities and a serene ambiance. However, these claims couldn't be further from the truth. The facilities were outdated, worn-out, and failed to meet even the most basic standards of comfort and cleanliness.

Overpriced and Rip-off: To add insult to injury, the rates charged by Blue River Rishikesh were exorbitant considering the abysmal quality of the hotel. It felt like a complete rip-off, as the services provided were far below the standards expected for such a price.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at Blue River Rishikesh. It was an absolute nightmare that left me feeling cheated and disgusted. Save yourself the trouble and seek accommodation elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in Rishikesh that offer better service, cleanliness, and value for money.

Hello everyone, this is dipeeka.. here I'm sharing my honest review for Blue river hotel & hostel.. i stayed in girls dorm and was clean, secure, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The beds were cozy with individual charging ports which made it easy to relax after a long day..

What I appreciated most was the friendly and respectful atmosphere among the guests..and main thing security.. i travelled solo and must shared that i had issues in my phone at that time and reached at night around 2 am being solo having connectivity issue in my phone and not having enough energy though i suffered from fever & tiredness, cherry on top i had 20 kg luggage with me not able to reached at hotel alone at that time feeling helpless, i just made call to hotel explain my condition & in 10-15 minutes satveerbhai(from hotel) came for help, he took me and my luggage to hotel, reaching at hotel did registation & had conversations felt me safe and secured.. help me with many things like Vehicle renting, suggesting me itinerary for next 3-4 days including activities and spiritual places, make things easy for me..

And one more genuine help which is also very important, on last day i already checked out from hotel but it's monsoon July ending, weather was too bad, government declared red alert, terrific traffic and i have to reach haridhwar by the time, already cleared bills if they want they can left me at my situation but satveerbhaiya help me, took short cuts and dropped me at Rishikesh bus stop which is i can say 4-5 km far from hotel..very generous act.. they earn my respect..🙏 Thank you so much for your kindness..

Lastly the food, i asked for making it according to my taste and they did.. and was tasty, healthy and hygienic..

The staff was super helpful and always available when needed, making me feel safe and welcomed throughout my stay.. Bathrooms and common areas were cleaned regularly, and hygiene standards were clearly a priority.. a.c. & wi-fi were properly working.. location also big plus.. what else any female solo traveler needs...??

Whether you're traveling solo or with friends, I highly recommend this dorm for any girl looking for a safe, social, and comfortable place to stay.. Would definitely...
