Hotel The Shivaay 2.O - Keshav Nandan Rishikesh — Hotel in Uttarakhand

I rarely leave reviews, but the service at this hotel was so terrible I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.

Check-in was painfully slow, with uninterested staff who seemed more focused on their phones than helping guests. The room I was given was not clean — hair in the bathroom, stained bedsheets, and a musty odor that made it hard to relax. When I called reception to request a room change, they were rude and dismissive, offering no apology and saying “we’re fully booked” without even checking.

Room service? Forget it. I waited over an hour for a simple meal, which arrived cold and half-wrapped. The staff consistently acted like doing their job was an inconvenience, and any requests were met with eye-rolls or excuses.

This place seriously lacks basic hospitality training. I’ve stayed at budget hotels with better service than this. Absolutely not worth the money. Stay anywhere else — this place will...

The Keshav Nandan is an inexpensive hotel in Tapovan in Rishikesh. It is located on a side street so its relatively quiet (Rishikesh standards) and its only 10 minutes walk down to Laxman where you will find the other noisy hotels and more action going on.||||The rooms are quite big and clean. They offer a balcony to one side and the door to the other side so there is always a shadow side. There was AC in my room but I did not have to use it because there was always fresh air. The bathroom is also quite ok.||||The staff is very friendly, some of them don't speak that much english but it was not a problem and it was helpful. For the price you get it offers best quality. Some yoga schools (Surender in Rham Jhula..) offer better rooms on the same price but in a less convenient location if you want to move around.||||I liked the hotel and will definitely stay there again when...

We stayed at Hotel Keshav Nandan by Shivay 2.0 in Rishikesh from 29th May to 31st May for 3 days, occupying three rooms (301, 302, and 303). The property was very neat and clean.

The food was extremely tasty and hygienic — we didn't feel the need to eat outside even once. The hotel provided everything we needed with great taste and quality.

The staff was very polite, helpful, and soft-spoken. One night, my son and I were suffering from a cold, and I requested turmeric milk, which was not on the menu. They arranged it immediately without any hesitation.
